Middle QA Automation Engineer, Shipping System

Position Overview

Our client is the world's leading provider of services for sea vessels (repair, equipment delivery, crew change). The company has representative offices in 200 ports around the world. Clients are currently going through digital transformations and DataArt is a technical partner helping them on their way.

DataArt is developing and support a key client product responsible for managing both the operational and financial aspects of sea vessel services.

The current technology stack includes React.js, ASP.NET MVC Core based REST API, PostgreSQL, Docker and Amazon Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Covering new features with automated test cases
• Expanding and evolving the current framework
• Release cycle support
• Participating in daily meetings with other developers and QA's, tech review session, team retrospectives

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of automated testing experience
• Sufficient knowledge of C# language required for automation (NUnit, Linq).
• Experience in automation with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in automation REST services.
• Strong knowledge in OOP
• Knowledge of test types and ways to organize them in the testing of various kinds of applications
• Good spoken English

Additional Competencies

• Making test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of databases and skills with DBMS (one of the following: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience of working and integrating with CI (TeamCity, Jenkins)
• Ability to learn and master new technologies
