DevOps Engineer, Investment Consulting Services

Our client is one of the oldest and largest private investment companies, with assets of more than $50 billion. It is one of the top largest private investment companies in the world.

DataArt is a strategic technology partner working with the client's operational and business units to support and drive the business forward using modern technology. The client relies on the combination of custom tech and 3rd party products to serve all aspects of the business including back-office applications, investor portal, Data Warehouse, BI and many others.

Our responsibility is a full range of software development services from support and modification of existing platforms to the development of bespoke systems and integration of products from the market.

The technology stack for our main services is predominantly based on .NET/MS SQL server web apps built on Microservices architecture using modern frameworks and best engineering practices.

The team is distributed (United Kingdom, Russia, Ukraine and Poland).

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in configuring TFS/Azure DevOps
• Experience with GIT: policy management, Gitflow
• Experience with Build/Release Pipelines (task groups, variable sets)
• Experience integrating with external services (Service Fabric, Sonarqube)
• Automation experience with SQL Server (dacpac deployment, SSIS)
• Web App Deployment experience with MSDeploy
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (deployment, access control)
• Development experience using PowerShell (understanding of WinRM)
• Experience deploying applications with Service Fabric
• Experience in setting up a secure cluster (certificate management, configuration encryption)
• Experience managing cluster updates
• Selenium administration experience (Windows, IE)
• Good spoken English

• Skills with Azure (migration from on-premises, RM templates)
