Recruitment Specialist

    DataArt is engaged in software development and IT consulting. More than 3000 of DataArt's specialists are working in 22 development and sales centers around the world.     We are waiting for resumes from specialists with relevant experience, who are able to quickly master the company's internal IT systems. The chosen applicant will need to be prepared for large amounts of communication via email and Skype.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Recruit for qualified candidates for open positions in USA and Europe
    • Participate in all stages of recruitment: sourcing, screening, organizing technical/project interviews, working closely with hiring managers
    • Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates

     

    Required Skills and Experience

     

    • 2+ years of recruitment experience staffing both technical and non-technical positions in USA and Europe
    • Knowledge of different recruiting methodologies and tools
    • Able to work with internal database of candidates
    • Able to multitask and process large amounts of information
    • Sociable and stress-resistant
    • Excellent spoken and written English
