Solutions Design Team Coordinator

We're searching for a coordinator who will take over managing correspondence, organizing meetings, events and business travels, reporting, and preparing documents and presentations.

The coordinator will work with a Solutions Design group to track the progress of groups work and manage group contacts with different people inside company, he/she will need to cooperate with a lot of people inside the company. Thus we are looking for a person who can easily communicate, like things to be in order and do not afraid of work without instructions.

Group is distributed in different offices thus administrative support and coordination should be done remotely via Outlook, Skype etc.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent English (written and spoken) - you will need to work with native speakers day-by-day
• Computer literacy (solid knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
• Easy to learn new things
• Ready to work with tasks without exact instruction
• Get things done
• Experience working in an international company/with a senior manager who's a foreigner
• The ability to search for and analyze information
• Positive, self-organized person with multitasking abilities
• The ability to make own decisions
• Experience arranging business trips/events
• Punctuality, attention to details
