Senior Recruitment Specialist

    We are waiting for resumes from specialists with relevant experience, who are able to quickly master the company's internal IT systems. The chosen applicant will need to be prepared for large amounts of communication via email and Skype.

     

     

    Required Skills and Experience

     

    • 5+ years of experience in recruiting staff for technical vacancies, understanding of the technical agenda
    • 2+ years of experience in interacting with hiring managers Experience of staff recruiting in the IT field
    • In-depth knowledge of recruitment channels and sourcing tools
    • Skills in data collection and analytics
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate
    • Multitasking, stress resistance

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Coordinating the US recruitment process
    • Managing the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, organizing and conducting interviews, working with hiring managers
    • Monitoring and analysis of the labor market
    • Working with a team of recruiters to improve recruitment processes
