Data Architect, Data & Analytics Initiative

Our talents in sales, solution consulting and technical expertise enables our team to acquire and complete Data & Analytics projects including marketing activities, sales processes, solution scoping, design and implementation oversight.

We are continuously developing the Data & Analytics initiative starting from the support of marketing and sales activities, primarily for the Finance Practice, which later on generate leads converted to opportunities and real projects where we provide consultancy and oversight from architectural and process perspective. Meanwhile, our team is systematically developing the company's talent pool to handle the growing Data & Analytics business f. We invest time to develop best practices defining practical methodologies and approaches and building solution accelerators which give us important leverage in the design and execution of the new projects.

Our team consists of:

· A practice lead responsible for defining the strategic goals of the initiative.

· Solution consultants responsible for content generation, sales and support.

· Architects responsible for technical content generation, support of opportunities elaboration, new projects support and technical expertise and coaching.

· Sales responsible for marketing and sales activities, sales content generation.

· A Delivery Manager responsible for team coordination, progress tracking and new projects support.

Required Skills and Experience

• Solid experience as an Architect/Tech lead - from 5 years in commercial projects
• Experience with 3 medium or large scale Data Management solutions: DWH/BI/Reporting/Big Data analytics/MDM/Meta Data Management
• Experience with end-to-end implementation from vision to hand-over to production
• Hands-on with at least one of the major development stacks (Java/.NET/Python etc.)
• Expert experience in major RDBMS, BigData and Cloud tech stacks
• Experience in data analytics
• Experience with ETL and Data Integration toolsets
• Good understanding of architecture principles, platforms, and best-practices
• Experience with customers from the small/mid-size business
• Business analysis skills
• Customer-centric attitude
• Ability to drive initiatives, pre-sales engagements, R&D work-streams
• Tolerance to uncertainty in goals and processes, ability to navigate in unclear situations
• Ability to mentor
