Business Analyst, Communications Service Provider

The client is an American company that's working in the communications solutions industry focused on large companies and corporations.

They specialize in services for sending voice and text messages, notifications, organizing online conferences, alerts about natural disasters, creating interactive voice menus and newsletters, sending messages on a schedule, etc.

Development is conducted using a comprehensive stack of technologies: .NET, Objective-C, Java, PHP, MS SQL, AngularJS. The system's features are continuously expanding and getting supplemented with new opportunities as per requests of the company's customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing existing business processes and setting operational and business tasks
• Analyzing, documenting, and managing technical and business requirements throughout the project's lifecycle
• Assist in sprints planning and roadmap creation
• Close communication with dev and QA

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience working as a business analyst
• Basic theoretical knowledge of business analysis and requirements management
• Experience working with requirements for APIs 
• Ability to perform reverse engineering (not in terms of code, but existing system functionality - UI)
• Tech-savvy
• Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision
• Skill in analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements
• Skill in managing requirements throughout the project, knowledge of the main models of the project's life cycle
• Participation in planning, resolving disputes, risk evaluation
• Good communication skills
