Middle Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Requirements management (creating system requirements specifications based on business requirements; validation of requirements, assumptions; impact analysis and gap analysis; business requirements elicitation and analysis)
• Supporting the development process
• Performing and supporting QA process (acceptance)
• Performing Demo sessions for business users
• System behavior analysis based on all available sources

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working as a business analyst
• Basic theoretical knowledge of business analysis and requirements management
• Skill in analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements
• Skill in managing requirements throughout the project, knowledge of the main models of the project's life cycle
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with Agile SDLC
• Ability to work independently
• Critical thinking and attention to details
• Spoken English
