Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Forming the vision of the product in cooperation with the customer
• Analyzing the market and researching competitors
• Work with CTO on the one side and Developers on the other
• Work with several directions at the same time (leading PO role is expected in one of them)
• Proceed with requirements from idea to exact stories in Jira

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience working as Product Owner and Business Analyst
• Demonstrated product leadership by mastering skills in requirements authoring, business analysis, product road-mapping, partnering with the business, determining feasibility and planning with development teams
• Ability to engage the technical and business teams to drive story mapping, product journeys, requirements, planning, and task estimations to support top business priorities
• Experience in working with data
• Exposure to Jira
• Experience in configuring the applications, workflows, processes, and metrics to support Agile/Scrum, using the latest tools
• Understanding the end to end project context - BRD to deployment/releases on agile mode
• Ability to work under Product Consulter supervision
• Good collaboration skill is a must
• Ability to work under uncertainty and ability to get needed information and transfer to some certain state that will be clear for the development team
• Goal and values-oriented rather than process and rules-oriented
• Insistency and ability to get things done
• Good spoken English
