Senior Node.js Engineer, Blockchain Content Platform

Our client manages one of the most popular media resources fully dedicated to crypto-currencies. Their site publishes various materials, like market reviews, expert opinions, author's texts, and exchange rates. The site is visited by about 100,000 users daily, mainly from the United States, Britain, and India.

The goal of the project is to replace the existing system with a new one, which will be more modern and have more features.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with product owners in order to understand the requirements of end users and create effective technical solutions for meeting these requirements;
• Ensuring the project team's management and its control;
• Helping to improve the quality of code through analysis;
• Working with the data management and integration team, DevOps team, and other dependent teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience developing web applications
• Experience working with Node.js, Express.js
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of OOP, OOD, and design patterns
• Practical experience working with databases (SQL and No-SQL)
