An International Digital Media Company is looking for a high-energetic, self-motivated, positive and responsible Office Manager/Recruiter assistant to join our friendly team in Kharkiv office.

Responsibilities:

  • Office maintenance
  • Managing supplies and equipment
  • Making researches for office needs
  • Providing assistance with recruiting process
  • Active screening of candidates
  • Managing CV data base

Requirements:

  • Upper Intermediate level of English
  • 0.5+ years of working experience
  • Great communicational and intrerpersonal skills
  • High level of responsibility
  • Ability to multitask
  • High level of flexibility and creativity
  • Desire to work in admin sphere
