Email marketing specialist (Senior)

We want our ideal candidate to have:

• At least 3-years experience in the same or relevant field/position
• Successful experience working with automated and manual email campaigns
• Experience developing, implementing, automating, and optimizing email flows
• Knowledge of building email marketing strategies
• Knowledge of CRM strategies (personalization, segmentation, flows)
• Experience in A/B testing
• Experience with ESPs
• English - Advanced

This will definitely highlight you among other candidates:

• Experience working with an English-speaking audience, with e-commerce projects
• Email templates creating experience (Stripo or similar tools), knowledge of HTML
• Experience working with web push

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain manual, automated, trigger multichannel campaigns via email, push, SMS
• Create and maintain a CRM communication calendar
• Create and develop chains, triggers, automatic multichannel campaigns across all the stages of Customer journey
• Analyze and report on campaigns, make inferences to improve future performance
• Optimizing existing flows to improve deliverability, open and click rates, and conversion
