Haka Media is a marketing agency, focused on content marketing and linkbuilding. We write engaging content for international media. Our team consists of 29 in-house people and almost 30 out-of-house team members. We are growing and looking for HR Assistant to cooperate with the HR Generalist.

We are looking for a young professional, who's only starting their path (or have recently started:)) in HR&Recruiting. It's a perfect opportunity for people who have no technical background ‘cause we're hiring marketing specialists (writers, outreach managers, PMs, SEO specialists, content managers, editors, etc.) Still, as we work with IT, Fintech, and iGaming projects, you'll be working in IT&Digital.

Required skills:

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or at least Intermediate (B1) English;
  • Skilled user of PC and other office equipment, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, E-mail;
  • Competent verbal and written communication;
  • Good memory, attention to details;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Great organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Ready for multitasking work;
  • Stress resistance and sense of humor;
  • Positive and smiling person;
  • Would be a big plus — similar experience or finished courses (HR assistant, researcher/sourcer, junior recruiter).


1. Recruiting tasks:

  • Sourcing candidates (databases, job sites, Linkedin, Boolean Search etc);
  • Working with ATS — filling in, keeping it updated;
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications;
  • Conducting phone screen interviews;
  • Interviewing candidates and giving feedback to stakeholders;
  • Creating and updating job postings;
  • Support HRG with other tasks.

2. Office management support:

  • Managing suppliers (food, tea, stationery, etc.);
  • Making sure the office is always well maintained, including basic maintenance and facility management.
  • Arranging and ensuring necessary repairs;
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff;
  • Budget control and payments arrangements (purchase requests and purchase orders handling);
  • Ordering gifts, souvenir and branding production;
  • Managing organization of corporate events (workshops, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties, team-building events);
  • Opening the office.
