Finance Controller

We are looking for the experienced Finance controller to join the leading multinational group of agricompanies. 

About the role: active business partner that must work closely to the Head office and silos. 

The main responsibilities:

1. Control over monthly forecast and monthly GAAP closing processes;
2. Preparation of accurate & comprehensive management ad-hoc reports;
3. Financial support for project management team in capital investment projects (payback calculation, status reports, etc.);
4. Control over payments requests and processing payments;
5. Oversight of local accounting teams;
6. Ensuring healthy SOX control environment;
7. Regular visits to assigned entities involving physical stock counts and operational controls monitoring;
8. Participation in automatization and unification processes;
9. Budgeting and budget / actuals control

Education, experience, skills:

1. Master's Degree in accounting / finance/ economics or similar qualification
2. Not less than 3 years of prior work experience in controlling. (Prior work in Big4 companies may be an advantage)
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good administration skills
6. Ambitious, initiative, result-oriented
7. Fluent in written and spoken English
   
8. Ready to business travels to silos
