Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Leading process of art creation in art team 
• Create concept art and push it to finished artwork 
• Create UI elements 
• Being responsible for the overall look of a game 
• Managing the art team 
• Work closely with the producers to evaluate the requirements of a project and estimate effort and schedule 
• Devising the game's visual style and directing the production of all visual material throughout the game's development

Qualifications

Required skills:

• 4+ years of experience working as an artist 
• 2+ years of experience working in game development 
• Excellent drawing skills 
• Upper-intermediate level of English 
• Creativity and ability to generate a set of new ideas within a short period of time 
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop 
• Knowledge of basic animation principles 
• Ability to take and give constructive criticism and feedback 
• Keep clear and effective communication 
• Ability to multi task 

Will be a plus:

• Art education 
• Work experience in slots or gambling 
• UI design skills 
• Animation skills 
• 3D skills
