Job Description

We are seeking for an enthusiastic and experienced Information Security Expert to help drive the security posture for Playtech and its subsidiaries. This position ensures the proper deployment, operations, and maintenance of both cloud security systems and corporate environments such as network vulnerability scanning, endpoint security protection and detection, firewalls, web and email protection, incident response as well as systems hardening and implementation while following security best practices, standards, policies and procedures. The candidate will identify, research, explore and lead the evaluation and implementation of new projects and existing best of breed security techologies within Playtech's global security organization.

Qualifications

Candidate Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and support various security technologies, controls and tools
• Hands on assessing, hardening and patching security systems in production and corporate environments
• Participate and support in security risk assessments, audits and compliance requirements
• Respond and investigate potential security incidents
• Play a meaningful role in Security Incident planning and response
• Perform vulnerability scans and coordinate remediation activities

·  Collaborate with business owners, product managers, DevOps, IT operations teams, and development teams, to provide subject matter expertise for information security matters

• Identify weak or missing controls and vulnerabilities while suggesting improvements and remediation

Candidate Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant work in a hands on position as Security Expert/Engineer
• Strong understanding of Information Security, IT, and Networking principles
• Proven working and hands on knowledge with
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Security mindset with business enablement strategy thinking
• Must be able to learn fast and adapt quickly to ever changing requirements and priorities
• CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CCSP, CCNP Security, CCSE or similar security certification is an advantage
• Firewalls (enterprise and cloud; Checkpoint preferred)
• Endpoint Security Systems and Technologies
