Job Description
- Communication with customers and stakeholders;
- Handling of production monitoring alerts;
- Product specific issues investigation.
- Support high load production application;
Qualifications
- Experience with Linux system support;
- Understanding of web protocols: HTTP, WebSocket;
- Basic understanding of networking: TCP/IP, NAT, DNS;
- Experience with issue tracking systems: Jira, ServiceNow;
- Troubleshooting skills: client issues debugging, logs analysis, anomalies detection;
- Intermediate English at least;
- Written and oral communication skills;
Advantage:
- Experience with production systems support;
- Programming skills in Python/Ruby/Bash;
- Grafana, Prometheus/Sensu;
- Elastic Stack;
- Docker;
- Ansible.
