Responsibilities:
You are going to lead a team of Customer Support Agents, manage company resources to fulfill company goals and service standards during the shift. It includes:
- Task distribution
- Supervision of operations
- Conflict resolution and maintaining discipline
- Resolving out-of-the-ordinary cases that do not fall under standard procedures
- Reporting on the team's performance during the shift
- Providing feedback on the team's general performance and to the individual agents
- Taking part in professional and career growth of the agents and the team
- Motivating the team
- Taking an active part in business growth and development of the service we provide
If you:
- Have experience working in a Call Center for at least 6 month shift-wise (night shifts included)
- Are able to take responsibility for your choices and actions as well as choices and actions of your teammates
- Can make weighted decisions under changing or stressful circumstances
- Can lead a group of people and like to work in a team
- Have very strong written and spoken business communication skills in English (B2 level minimum)
- Possess analytical skills and are able to perceive information and highlight the main theses in it
- Can easily establish formal and informal connections, know how to find a personal approach to people
- Are able to work in constantly changing conditions, troubleshooting, know how to take control of the situation
- Know how to set goals and priorities and communicate them to other people
- Know how to clearly explain the essence of the task and monitor its implementation
- Know how to solve conflicts
- Are able to work effectively with multiple tasks simultaneously
