Responsibilities:

You are going to lead a team of Customer Support Agents, manage company resources to fulfill company goals and service standards during the shift. It includes:

  • Task distribution
  • Supervision of operations
  • Conflict resolution and maintaining discipline
  • Resolving out-of-the-ordinary cases that do not fall under standard procedures
  • Reporting on the team's performance during the shift
  • Providing feedback on the team's general performance and to the individual agents
  • Taking part in professional and career growth of the agents and the team
  • Motivating the team
  • Taking an active part in business growth and development of the service we provide

 

If you:

  • Have experience working in a Call Center for at least 6 month shift-wise (night shifts included)
  • Are able to take responsibility for your choices and actions as well as choices and actions of your teammates
  • Can make weighted decisions under changing or stressful circumstances
  • Can lead a group of people and like to work in a team
  • Have very strong written and spoken business communication skills in English (B2 level minimum)
  • Possess analytical skills and are able to perceive information and highlight the main theses in it
  • Can easily establish formal and informal connections, know how to find a personal approach to people
  • Are able to work in constantly changing conditions, troubleshooting, know how to take control of the situation
  • Know how to set goals and priorities and communicate them to other people
  • Know how to clearly explain the essence of the task and monitor its implementation
  • Know how to solve conflicts
  • Are able to work effectively with multiple tasks simultaneously
