Responsibilities:

  • You will join a team of support representatives that assist clients from English-speaking countries 24/7.
  • Your working time will be split to three shifts
  • You will help customers resolve problems with products and issues with the service by answering phone calls, chatting and via e-mail.
  • You will help deliver excellent product and service to our clients by controlling the order progress.
  • In your daily operations you will have an opportunity to boost your English speaking and writing skills, learn to multitask, try yourself in complaint resolution and sales (no cold calls!).
  • A skilled mentor and a team of professional instructors will help you on every step of your probation period and further career development. Anyone from the team will be eager to assist you, in case you need advice.
