Brand manager

Our Client, an international FMCG company, one of the leading pet food manufacturer has opened a position of 

Brand Manager

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Develop marketing plan under supervision of Sales & Marketing Director, to ensure category growth according to business objectives

• Analyze consumer, category, competition, and channel and propose update of the channel portfolio, determining new products and deleting underperforming products.

• Drive Client recommendation through understanding philosophy and brand values and insights in order the Client to have stronger and more impact full brand experience.

• Create launch plan and communication support for new products.

• Forecast new product launches sales.

• Create promotional plan and communication support for promo activities.

• Forecast promotional sales together with sales team.

• Take part in developing pricing strategy for products balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction to ensure correct product positioning in the channel and product profitability. 

• Lead development and design of the promotional materials and POSMs to ensure brand knowledge and visibility in the channel.

• Participate in proofreading of product labels to ensure correct communication about products and its performance.

• Initiate and lead brand exhibitions to ensure brand presence according to brand vision and goals to build mental availability by targeting customers.

• Manage and be responsible for effective usage of marketing budget.

• Build collaborative relationships with internal partner (Sales, Logistics, Finance).

Candidate requirements:

• University Degree in Economics / Marketing

• Experience of working within FMCG company or marketing agency over 2 years

• Experience in Trade Marketing

• Knowledge of brand management strategies and tools

• Ukrainian and/or Russian - native speaker level, English - upper intermediate; excellent writing skills
