Credit Analyst

Currently we are looking for Credit Analyst to join Cargill team. This specialist will help business to take quick and reliable decisions on cooperation with particular counterparty based on financial and non-financial counterparty assessment, ensuring compliance with corporate counterparty risk management requirements.

Responsibilities: 

80% of time:

• Establish and Process vendor limits in line with Business requirements, based on financial and non-financial assessment;
• Revise vendor limits;
• Understand and assess risks associated with particular business flows, set actions/limits based on risks profile;
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, requirements.

10% of time:

• Prepare Counterparty risk reports, including Group, Corporate, local, ad-hock reports;
• Follow up due and overdue debt, open exposure.

5% of time:

• Process and reporting improvement;
• Searching for new fin tools, new procedures/processes development and implementation.

5% of time:

• other duties as assigned - release of nomination, checking documents and confirmation for prepayments before it goes to treasury for payments, tracking of open contracts in terms of timing and quantity, confirmation for contracts prolongation, etc.

Requirements: 

• University degree in Jurisprudence, Finance/Economics.
• 2+ years of experience in credit /risk analysis. Excellent knowledge in finance analysis, fin reports analysis.
• Good understanding of contractual and civil law, experience in analyzing open courts database.
• Good understanding of agricultural business.
• Fluent English (ability to interact confidently on different organization levels, both verbal and written).
• Advanced PC user, incl MS office (Excel is a must).
