Main Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing
  • Preferred 5 years experience in multinational FMCG/Pharma on Brand/Category Brand Manager Position
  • Experience in development and implementation of Brand Strategies & Tactics, Integrated communication plans; leading Innovations, Market research analytics, management of Agencies and 3rd parties
  • Proven experience in cross-functional leadership projects (international projects leadership is desirable)
  • Strong leadership & organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion skills
  • Result-orientation and Decision making
  • Ability to work under pressure with 'can-do' attitude and multitasks management
  • Out-of-box thinking

  • Establish and lead volume and profit objectives to increase volume and market share.
  • Develop annual category strategies, brand/product portfolio, Integrated brand plans and programs ensuring locally relevant brand positioning to drive long term business growth.
  • Manage development and implementation of integrated brand plans by all marketing efforts such as advertising, media planning, brand properties, consumer education, product innovation and operational marketing.
  • Lead cross functional team (local and international) to manage development and implementation of Category initiatives. Provide timely, accurate and complete business overview across organization and stimulate new culture establishment.
  • Lead Product Innovation to ensure in-time product launch to market, consumer educational activities to lead proactively market growth and break through its locally established 'Commodity nature'.
  • Monitor brand performance on the market, market situation, consumer trends and identify gaps in the market that provide opportunities for profitable volume growth; adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  • Initiate and manage interpretation of the necessary researches to provide a foundation for marketing strategy, brand strategiesand channel management.
  • Lead, coach, train, evaluate and develop a team of marketing professionals.
  • Communicate strategic plans directly to relevant agencies/suppliers and manage the production of advertising, labeling, packaging, P.O.P. materials and novelty items etc. Monitor execution and manage suppliers' output to ensure effective service.
  • Establish and manage category marketing budgets.
  • Act as a front Business representative and Develop Strategic relationships in Marketing Communities to enhance the Corporate Company reputation, ensure professional inputs to local business/state communities, and build strong Retail partnerships on all category-driven initiatives.
