Your experience.

  • 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner. Experience in IT companies, especially with customer support services would be a great plus
  • Understand organizational and departments needs
  • Understanding organizational changes and be a change champion
  • Business acumen
  • The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization (consulting, analysis, project management, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills)
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Confident, proactive, and positive approach with a highly developed sense of ownership
  • Ability to influence across all levels and to build rapport quickly
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)

Your impact.

 

  • To be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in a designated business unit.
  • Be a trusted business partner to coach and develop managers on people practices that will create a highly engaged culture of high performance.
  • Help with creating and driving processes, policies, and workflows that are compliant, efficient, scalable, and reflect HealthJoy's values.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal Talent Acquisition team to refine processes, policies, and programs to support the meet the needs of the local market.
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning to support business strategy.
  • Be a cultural advocate; propose ideas to support employee engagement.
