About the Role 

The Healthcare Concierge (HCC) is responsible for processing the members' requests (tickets). It is the highest priority of an HCC to deliver the quality product within the shortest time possible. Every member should get quality care and support, be fully informed about their benefits and the best ways to use them.

What You'll Do

  • Interact with members via telephone to assist and support an appropriate level of care. This may include making outbound calls to members and/or providers to assist in scheduling appointments, closing gaps in care.

  • Collect medical data to determine the best path forward to render successful medical resolutions.

  • Partner with your leadership team, the practice administrative or clinical staff to determine best strategies to support the practice and our members.

  • Communicate scheduling challenges or trends that may negatively impact outcomes.

  • Provide WOW-experience to HealthJoy's American customer base.

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual setting. Ability to problem solve, use best professional judgment and apply critical thinking techniques to resolve issues as they arise.
