About the Role 

QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring our high quality product delivers Joy to every HealthJoy member as well as for making sure stability of service is constant and controllable from process and product perspective.

What You'll Do

• Be a valuable part of team that ensures that our product works perfectly and as designed
• Create and run detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Investigate outages and defects in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction

What You'll Need

• 2+ years experience of QA and testing Mobailу and Web applications
• Good understanding of Web and Mobile technologies
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experienced in test design techniques
• Experienced in discovering show stopper defects and find reproduction steps to crashes
• Writing of QA documentation - Test cases, Checklists, Test plans
• Solid exploratory testing skills and knowledge to apply the right level of testing to a specific feature
• Being self-organized and fast learner is vital
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
• English level - Intermediate and above
