junior lawyer

Hey Clay is an international brand which creates and distribute interactive products made with love and care for kids.

 We are currently looking for a highly-motivated and team-player junior lawyer to join our legal team based in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of different business activities in the company;
• Research in international law and provision of analytical reports on different legal matters;
• Reviewing various agreements and legal documents;
• Drafting company’s internal policies according to US and EU applicable laws;
• Maintenance of internal documentation databases;
• Control of the documentation workflow;
• Registration of the trademarks and other IP rights.

 Requirements:

• Master Degree in Law;
• Excellent level of Ukrainian, Russian and English. 
• Perfect legal research and drafting skills; 
• Experience with EU laws, especially related to the Intellectual property law. 
• Analytical thinking, good communication skills.
