Security Administrator

We are looking for a hands-on, technical professional to define, enforce and lead information security processes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer security controls which safeguard access to IT resources
• Perform security assessments of internal processes and systems, recommends mitigating actions
• Monitor and analyze SIEM logs and alerts from a variety of platforms in order to identify and mitigate security incidents. This includes analysis of logs from IDS/IPS, firewalls, proxies, antivirus and endpoint protection, servers and workstations and other devices
• Develop, maintain and enhance related policies, documentation and procedures
• Create and regularly update metrics and analysis
• Configuration and support of information security related software
• Perform security audits to all IT environment (network devices, operation systems, installed hardware and software, firewall rules, public/private cloud, datacenter's equipment, etc.)
• Identify and resolve root causes of security-related problems

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of security concepts, principals and technologies
• 5+ years of experience with Linux and Windows server systems
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, file/folder access permissions and Active Directory Services (ADS) administration
• Deep understanding workstations OS security, primarily Windows 10
• Comprehensive knowledge of networking and web protocols, including HTTP and DNS, network traffic management and routing protocols
• Hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining cyber security tools and technologies, including IDS/IPS, UTM, WAF, NAC, SIEM and endpoint protection
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching technologies
• Strong understanding of web server (primarily IIS and NGINX) security
• Practical experience in implementing security policies, procedures and technologies
• Experience in operational and investigative audits
• Excellent communication of technical/complex information, both written and verbal
