We are searching for Brand manager Jagermeister to lead & drive well-known brand.
Major Accountabilities
- Brand-marketing strategies development
- Annual Brand Plans preparation and update
- Develop plan to market product through innovative promotional campaigns, utilizing the full marketing mix as appropriate
- Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of strategy and monitor implementation
- Full A&P Budget responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits
- Sales analysis with the issuing of recommendations according to the situation
- Influence the sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are executed appropriately
- Analysis of market researches and adaptation of existing activities and strategies according to the results
- Competitors analysis
- POS materials development
- Reporting on all the activities carried out
- Permanent control of products stocks and participating in the procurement planning
- Management and development of direct reports
Requirements for candidates:
- University / master degree ideally in marketing Experience
- 5 years' experience in consumer marketing including substantial time in a market
- Strong line management / people management experience
- Experience in working with agencies is required
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Multitasking
- Strong project manager skills
- Fluent English
