Key Account Manager

We are looking for Key Account Manager, who will manage the relationships with the key customers. Among our clients, there are such industry leaders as Coca-Cola Journey Ukraine, Netpeak, Mary Kay, Kimberly Clark, British American Tobacco, Huawei Ukraine, Platinum Bank and others.

You Skills:

• Higher economic or technical education is a must.
• Intermediate English.
• Relevant hands-on experience on position Account Management or Sales - from 1 year.
• Strong Account management and relationship building skills with accounts.
• Strong motivation and flexibility to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Empathy.

What will you do:

• Have conversations with the customers via e-mail and telephone.
• Work with every customer individually, identifying their needs and to be oriented on long-term cooperation.
• Developing partner relationships, understanding their business and information needs.
• To generate and to pitch internally new ideas for improved client experience and new ways to improve the company's reputation as one of the industry's leader.
  
• Analyze campaign results and develop best practices for effective works.
• Organizing a reporting system and document flow with the customer.
