Senior Financial Analyst

Empire State Capital Partners, a leading American-Ukrainian investment bank in Kyiv has openings in the Corporate Finance department for a full time position of Senior Analyst. The firm is known for wide exposure to, and representation of foreign investors into Ukraine's debt and equity markets. Unique opportunity for the right candidates to immerse in the fast paced environment of investment banking and to gain exposure to high western standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Degree from reputable Ukrainian/foreign University, major Finance or Economics
• Financial analysis skills
• English fluency - an absolute requirement
• PC literacy, proficiency with financial models (Excel)
• Knowledge of UAS / IFRS accounting standards
• CFA certification is a plus
• Audit/Appraisal/Transaction Big4 experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the financial models, presentations, business plans
• Financial and industry analysis
• Evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Communications with corporate clients to ensure effective project execution
