Analyst

Your main task will be the analytical support of business in OLX Europe and Central Asia in a data-driven environment.

What will you be doing:

• Creating, automatization, analysis, researching and support of reports based on team results (weekly KPI's calculation)
• Activity metrics
• Productivity metrics
• Trends tracking, potential for development and increasing of team's effectiveness
• Automatization and support of motivation system
• Exploration surveys, reports unloading
• Analysis of the team's impact on user's activity
• Support of automated attendance records system
• Analysis of the content and creating of reports based on various publications
• Analysis of the closed tickets on specific subjects

Who we're looking for:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science
• or related areas
• Solid knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL etc)
• Microsoft Excel advanced user (pivot tables, external data sources, complex formulas)
• Good visualization and analysis skills within BI-tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio will be
• a plus)
• Programming: R or Python (at least one required)
• At least Intermediate level of English
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with text mining, surveys analysis (will be a plus)
• Ability to challenge processes and passion to find the truth and make processes perfect
• Willingness to tackle complex problems, math and technical background
