And now AVIDBIZ is searching for a new team player - Junior Associate / Associate.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Administering and registering foreign legal entities;
• Supporting procedure of account opening in Ukrainian / foreign banks and payment systems;
• Drafting, amending agreements, contract, etc.;
• Research on legal matters;
• Document management (e.g. photocopy, scan, delivery, etc.);
• Interacting with state authorities;
• Monitoring changes in legislation;
• Supervised by Managing Partner and Counsel.

Requirements:

• Law degree;
• 2+ years of experience on similiar position;
• Fluent English.
