We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager. Successful candidate can progress to a Deputy Director in Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Innovation departments of the company.
This role is ideal for self-starters as it entails initiation of different projects. You should expect to fully manage projects in these areas by yourself, working with the director’s minimum supervision.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English - Upper Intermediate
- Experience of managing projects for at least 1 year
- Experience and ability to work with technology, different software, and platforms
- High level of communication skills, ability to persuade, send objections
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main responsibilities listed below, but you should be prepared to do work of different complexity either by yourself or with the help of other resources.
Sales
- Assisting Director in building and maintaining Sales department
- Hiring required in-house personnel and external resources
- Research and analysis of relevant data
Strategy and innovation domains
- Promotion and expansion of the company’s online presence including its YouTube channel (https://bit.ly/3BxY8aO)
- Assistance in developing educational material to the public
- Planning, setting goals, monitoring their implementation
- Assistance in developing a long-term and fruitful relationships with partners and clients
- Prepare reports for managements
Marketing
- Assisting with management and control over the implementation of the marketing plan in existing marketing team
- Financial budgeting and control of costs for marketing, advertising, PR
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of communication channels
- Hiring required resources for the department including in-house team or external contractors
