We are currently seeking a

Sunseeds Complex Procurement Manager

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Kyiv.

What you will do:

• Oilseeds origination in accordance with export targets and business goals
• Maintaining and growing high margin client relationships along with extensive experience in the product development
• Profit & loss statement management of the commodities, with full responsibilities.
• Development and management of commodity strategy and global commodity policy.
• Overseeing the execution of sourcing strategies within span of control including targets timelines and resource plans.
• Trade, coordination and procurement oilseeds commodities purchases and sales on different basis.
• Oilseeds origination reports preparation, forecasting
• Maintain frequent contact with the players of the sunoil seeds market: farmers, intermediaries, others to understand their implications for market. Coordination with internal and external members of the oilseeds market.
• Conduct the trader's book and the logistic program, by tracking daily purchases on different basis.
• Collaboration with risk management, credit management to control, minimize and prevent impact of business risks.
• Summarize and issue the profit & loss statement for further adjustment and regulations to achieve the business plan.
• Handling product complaints from crush plant and customers

Requirements:

• Higher Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, Agriculture
• Working experience at least 2-4 years in international oilseeds trade or/crush.
• PC Skills (MS office)
• Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Experience in an import/export environment and successful customer service experience.
• Ability to solve challenging problems, prioritize, meet deadlines and work with minimal direction.
