Customer Success Manager

is a technology consulting and software development company with clients all over the world. Currently, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and work together with us and our partner on an innovative B2B2C SaaS platform for communities, associations, and businesses of Norway. The product is already in production and used by organizations with more than 200,000 members in total. This is a position for an open-minded person with strong communication and client management skills. ?

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer happy by providing proactive support.

• Gathering customers' feedback regarding their satisfaction with the product and suggesting the ways to further improve it.

• Onboarding new customers to the SaaS Platform.

• Developing user manuals, guides and publishing product videos.

• Taking part in defining product roadmap and releases together with the product owner and development team.

Requirements:

• Fluent oral and written English is a must.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Basic knowledge in the Project Management area and IT support specifically.

• Regular business trips to Norway (one week every 3-4 months).

Will be an advantage:

• Technical or design background.

• Previous Customer Success or Support Manager experience.
