Project Manager in IT

We are a leading software development company with offices in Sumy and Kyiv, Ukraine, developing complex web and mobile applications for our clients all over the world.

Currently, we are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Project Manager in the Sumy (or Kiev) office and help us develop and deliver even more successful projects.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Project Management.
• Previous technical experience in IT (BA, Development, QA).
• Advanced level of spoken and written English.
• Proven technical and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication skills, high responsibility, strong troubleshooting skills, positive attitude, and integrity.
• Practical experience in managing projects using different software development methodologies: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• Project Management and bug tracking tool usage: MS Project, JIRA, etc.

Following candidates' qualifications and experiences will be an advantage:

• PMP Certification.
• Understanding and practical usage of UI/UX standards.
• Experience in remote management of distributed teams.
• Knowledge of any modern programming language.

Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing projects:
• Budget and progress tracking;
• Resource assignment;
• Risk analysis;
• Team management;
• Client management, etc.
• Daily planning and execution of teamwork.
• Communication and negotiations with clients.
