We would like to invite a strong player to our Commercial Team for the position of Customer Service Specialist
Experience & Technical skills:
- 3+ years of customer service support experience.
- English - at least strong upper -intermediate level both verbal & written skills;
- Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools (1C/SAP/Axapta, etc., MS Office, CRM base, etc.), Excel, PowerPoint;
- Prior experience with demand management;
Personal abilities:
- Ability and experience in leading processes, projects, and people (be an advantage);
- Capability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form;
- Strong analytical and organization skills, attention to detail, customer and service-oriented;
- Being able to work under time pressure, the capability of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines;
Responsibilities:
- Generate, maintain and update continuously reports regarding sales forecast, orders, available/imported/sold seeds, payment follow up – 80% of daily tasks;
- Support with arranging of economic contracts signing (foreign and domestic);
- Accompany execution of concluded supply agreements;
