Who are we looking for: 

• Purposeful, ambitious Person-Opportunity
• Knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate and tax law
• Apply in work the ability to communicate, organize and coordinate the process.
• The experience of independent preparation of documents is important: procedural, primary (contracts, additional agreements, etc.), corporate (minutes of meetings on various issues
• Microsoft Office user, MS Project, League: Law. 

What will you do: 

• Accompany the most interesting projects on a turnkey basis
• Provide advice to partners of the company in tax projects 
• Development and analysis of input data for the project, the formation of a strategy and tactics for its implementation 
• Analysis of judicial practice and legal analysis; 
• Analysis of legal norms to resolve issues
