- Understanding of IT market
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in recruitment process:
- Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates
- Initial contact with candidates
- Posting vacancies
- Maintain internal databases
- Assist with day to day HR operations and duties
- Help with HR administrative work
- Participation in employee branding projects
