    Donetsk based





    To handle procurement activity of the Donetsk office, ensure the respect of ICRC purchasing procedures and support the activity of Logistic department.





    • Handles current purchases for ICRC Donetsk and/or of specific items (requiring technical knowledge) by respecting the given procedures;
    • Compiles the selections table with the information collected and submits to logistics and administration responsible;
    • Applies ICRC procurement policies;
    • Executes office work (update of tables, filing, typing of standard documents);
    • Updates the statistical data for the unit.



    The tasks and responsibilities defined above are not exhaustive and can evolve depending on organizational needs.





    Education and professional qualifications


    • Secondary school level or technical college;
    • 2 years work experience in a similar field of activity;
    • Good knowledge of spoken and written English;
    • Good computer knowledge;
    • Good knowledge of the geographically assigned environment;
    • Driving license.
