The Titan Machinery in Ukraine is searching for Business Process Analyst

A Business Process Analyst’s role is to identify, design, execute, document, measure, monitor, and control both automated and non-automated business processes to achieve consistent, targeted results aligned with Titan Machinery’s strategic goals.

Main project:

• Identifying the current state of processes eliciting their useful and harmful attributes.
• Documenting models of the processes.
• Process component of defining and analyzing company’s processes (focus on sales and after-sales business lines)
• Facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs
• Is responsible for understanding the workings of organization-wide processes to improve and maintain them
• Identify the troublesome processes, optimize, and automate within ERP or any other software solutions, e-document system, where possible

Secondary project:

• Create reports and presentations utilizing qualitative analysis regarding companies, markets, and industry trends.
• Act as a liaison between business unit personnel and the Accounting/Finance, Contracts, and all Operations departments.
• Prepare specific reports in support of monthly/quarterly/yearly business review meetings with HQ.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budgets and monthly forecasts, if required.
• Maintain interaction with accounting to ensure that business operations are closely monitored, and potential risks are mitigated.
• Analyze financial reporting process on actual results against budget and/or forecast and identify improvement of the reports quality.
• Gather data, analyze, and make recommendations to meet project objectives.
• Analyze and review monthly financial results and ensure any identified errors are corrected timely.
• Stay informed on current business and industry trends.

Background requirements

Bachelor’s degree minimum:

• Business Studies
• Business Process analysis certification, is an advantage
• Information Technology

• Experience working with senior decision makers
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical background
• Advanced Excel & Power Point skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements
• Strong technology skills are obligatory
• Experiences in data analysis and data visualization
• Significant experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators
• English language upper-intermediate (oral and written)
