Amazon Specialist

A leading international multi-industry marketing firm, with a strong eCommerce division, is seeking an experienced Amazon specialist to join our Amazon team.

 About the role 

Our Amazon business is rapidly growing, and we are looking for experienced sellers/ store managers to join our team. This ‘hands on’ role will be responsible for the full daily management of an Amazon FBA store. Driving the marketplace’s strategy and creating opportunities with new and existing listings, making recommendations, and driving performance.

 Required experience and knowledge 

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of Amazon in a managerial role
• Solid understanding of store management from A to Z
• Amazon stores establishment and running experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, native and English
• Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results
• Passion for Amazon and commitment to positive customer’s experience
• Attention to detail

 Duties 

• The general management of an Amazon store
• Manage a small team of retail associates, directing work, managing performance, providing regular feedback, and supporting employee’s growth
• New business development through the introduction of new products and new markets
• Management of procurement and suppliers’ relations
• Development and implementation of new in platform advertising strategies
• Management of the complete product cycle from inception to launch
• Management of pricing strategies and tactics

• Continuous monitoring of the Amazon space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends
• FBA and inventory replenishment management
• Working with freight companies and 3PLs
• Buy-box optimisation
• Account management including full responsibility for account health
• Customer relationship management
