    Requirements:

    • University degree;
    •  

    • English language•fluent;
    •  

    • Perfect knowledge of MS Office software;
    •  

    • Ability to multitask;
    •  

       

    • Stress resistant, honest, open, ethical, transparent relationship to work;
    •  

       

    • Hard and enthusiastic worker - committed to achieving results and helping to grow a business

    • 2 years' professional work experience preferred
    •  

    Main responsibilities:

     

    • Primary documentation workflow management;
    •  

    • Plan and control purchasing goods for office needs (water, coffee, tea, household chemical goods etc.) in time;
    •  

    • Provide with all necessary materials for office equipment (cartridges, toner, drum etc);
    •  

    • Organization of business trips;
    •  

    • Handling incoming and outgoing calls;
    •  

    • Managing correspondence of the office;
    •  

    • Meeting and greeting visitors;
    •  

    • Making business letters/translations/presentations when required;
    •  

    • Filling general documents;
    •  

    • Miscellaneous issues, related to the work of the divisions;
    •  

    • Other activities required by business operations.
    •  

    Work conditions:

    • Legal employment according to UA Labor Code
    •  

    • Full working day (9a.m.-6 p.m.) Monday-Friday
    •
