Required Qualifications

• • Fluency in English is a must.
• • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• • Excellent research and analytical skills.
• • In-depth knowledge of technical literature in the area of subject matter expertise.
• • Highly skilled developing a search methodology and in conducting searches.

Desirable:

• • 1-5 years of patent procurement experience.
• • An undergraduate degree in science, computer science or electrical engineering.
• • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
• • Eligibility to practice before the Ukrainian or Russian Patent Office is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• • Preparing patent applications for filing in the USPTO, WIPO, and other patent offices
• • Procuring patent applications, including preparing responses, amendments and other requisite documents.
