Internal Events Manager

We are looking for an experienced Internal Events Manager who has a Super Power to bring our internal events to the next level.

You will take care of events organizing, track and analyze their impact on team engagement (80% of your time) and be involved in HR operations tasks (20% of your time).

Your first big project will be organizing New Year Party for Competerians. No worries, we've already started all preparations and will support you to make this party unforgettable :)

What you will do:

1. Organize cool events:

• Big & Small internal events from A to Z (New Year, Company Birthday, summer parties, monthly birthdays, Achievements Celebrations etc)
• SCR events: volunteering, sport, eco, donations
• Business events: strat. sessions, photoshoots, partners, Mega Demo
• External Events (for Employer Branding & Hiring)
• Organize education events consistent flow (internal & external speakers, subjects that support business goals and employees development)
• Take care of events budgeting

1. Take ownership of Brand Assets (all brand production supporting People & Marketing needs: employees birthdays, anniversaries, holidays) - together with an Office manager
2. Be responsible for HR operations tasks:

• admin part (time off carryover, sick leave, payouts adjustment for finance, employees info updates in systems)
• administrate our Medical insurance program

Starter-kit needed to join the board:

• Experience in organizing at least 2-3 big events from A to Z (doesn't matter external conference or internal corporate party)
• Ability and readiness to take full ownership of any kind of events organization
• High level of self-organization
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Ideally, if you also have:

• Experience in building educational process inside the company, workshops, and lectures
