Business analyst

In the IT team "EMEA Front and Back-office Services", you will be responsible for all activities related to Business analysis on the Front Office system for Ukraine (1C technology and internal systems of the company). You will work also closely with other global service lines who are responsible to develop the latest technologies for our Customers. You will help them to deploy these technologies in Ukraine and connect them with local systems.Locally you will work closely with Business users (Trading, Execution, Accounting, and Controlling) to support them on their activities (Regional support level 2&3).You will work with external vendors responsible for the maintenance and support of the local systems. You may also have to train the local users to the newly deployed systems (local or global).

Responsibilities:

As a business analyst, you are responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications. You assist the business in determining how business requirements are integrated into the other processes. You ensure documentation is up to date. You are in touch with the business - usually working closely with the super-users of your application/solution and you work with our external delivery partners to develop or support our solutions. 

You help support the business in the creation of the test cases and in their data/systems migrations. You organize the training of key and end users as required. 

In this role you may support project definition, initial cost assessment of projects and integration of various project suppliers and vendors. Depending on your availability and capacity, you may also evolve by running the network of key users / super-users in the regions and leading training of users. 

• Capacity to structure Support and development processes for IT systems
• In reference to broader experience, please specify which experience / knowledge of new technologies and programs are crucial in order to interact with global teams 
• Capability to work in a distributed environment with local Business Stakeholders and global IT Services Lines. Help to implement global systems locally
• Interactions with teams in France, Bulgaria, Switzerland
• Knowledge on new technologies (JIRA, ESB, API, Web applications, Business Intelligence, CRM) and will to make them a reality for users

Accountabilities: 

• Requirements gathering and functional specifications development 

• Review/define acceptance criteria 

• Create test cases 

• Business and IT organization engagement

• Manage vendor deliveries

Experience:

• At least 5 to 10 years in support activities in IT Services

• Deep knowledge of 1C system in Accounting and Logistics

• Capability to develop customization in 1C

• Knowledge on new technologies (.Net, smartapps, ...) as a plus

• Experience in commodity business (trading, execution, accounting, controlling) is a plus

• English - Upper Intermediate
