Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, Vinnitsa region

Foreign leading miller company in Europe and leading global agribusiness and food company, are looking for Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, Vinnitsa Region

Main responsibilities:

• Manage planning and tracking shipment of finished products according to customer's requirements;
• Coordinate logistics track finished good according to availabilities and requirements;
• Taking customer orders, liaising with production/warehouse staff to establish/ confirm delivery dates;
• Ensure purchase invoices are allocated to the correct purchase order and ensuring all usage is invoiced and stocks checked and reconciled;
• Responds to and manage customer orders from order entry to delivery and invoicing;
• Handle customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
• Ensure any month end related duties eg. stock balances are reconciled by month end.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• 3-5 years of progressive related experience in Customer Service and Logistics position;
• Experience in logistics operations management (export and import), desirable in cereals field;
• Supply Chain (Logistics, warehousing, production scheduling) knowledge;
• Fluent in English;
• Negotiation and leadership skills;
• Potential sources are Seed companies, First Class Superintendents or Grain Trading Companies (private or cooperatives), also the candidate could came from a sales position for agro market always in contact with agriculture.
