Investment Analyst

Main tasks:

• Financial modelling and Project financial evaluation;
• Presentations and working materials preparation;
• Collect information, perform research and analyze assets;
• Collect and interpret data, such as company financial statements/price developments/ currency adjustments and yield fluctuations;
• Researching companies, assets and properties particularly in terms of financial and operational functioning;
• Interpreting complicated financial information;
• Writing financial research summaries;
• Regularly meeting with company managers to collect the data and after to share the information;
• Making informed recommendations;
• Collating detailed, up-to-date information about economy and financial markets.

Requirements:

• Valid asset management license is the must option;
• An Investment Analyst is a financial professional with expertise in evaluating financial and investment information;
• Few years of practical experience as an Investment analyst or financial monitoring specialist in related industries;
• A bachelor's degree in finance or business;
• Degrees in accounting, statistics and economics may also be accepted;
• Fluent English.

Skills:

• The ability to detect trends early, and using niche expertise to find ways to capitalize on them;
• Great attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgment calls under time pressure,able to respond quickly with new recommendations when sudden market changes occur
• Being computer-savvy and having the ability to build advanced predictive models
• Good people skills and presentation skills are vital
• Research skills, confidence, determination, IT skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, team working and numeral skills
