What will you do:

• Recruitment and staff selection;
• Job openings posting;
• Screening of CVs;
• Search and attraction of the candidates using various sources;
• Conducting screening interviews by phone call and personal interview;
• Taking part in the preparation of Job Offer;
• Make the recruiting process comfortable for candidates.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Hard-working and punctual, great attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of recruiting processes, roles and tasks of a recruiter.
