Responsibilities:

• Driving full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior tech positions, ensuring the best possible candidate experience and results for the business
• Sourcing candidates from different channels and generating pipelines for each position
• Providing the best recruitment performance
• Consulting internal and external customers as a Talent Acquisition representative
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates

To succeed in this role you will need:

• 2+ years’ experience in IT recruitment
• Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
• Proven experience of running end to end recruitment processes for mid and senior technical positions
• Good knowledge of different recruitment practices, process and tools, ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers including using of innovative methods for attracting candidates
• Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player
• Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication and networking skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Desire to grow professionally and learn new things and best practices
